Create tests and exams
Managing tests and exams is the central aspect of Fair Marks. Keep track of all upcoming tests and review tests that have already been taken. You can define an individual grading system for each test.
Simplifying the definition of grades
Your students' performance on exams and tests may not meet your expectations. Setting cut-off points for passing a test and getting the top grade is often more complicated than expected. Fair Marks can help you with this and align the grade level with the performance level.
Fairness for all
You may find yourself changing a cutoff for passing an exam based on individual students. However, such a change may also mean that other students would receive a better grade if the change is reflected in the overall grading system. That's why we want to help you and your students keep grading fair, accurate and up-to-date.
Manage Your Students

Manage which students belong to each course and add them automatically when you create new tests. Define students as alumni to protect them from further changes (of course, you can still view their performance history).
Easily add remarks

Local storage or in the personal iCloud
Student data is sensitive data. Therefore, it is up to you whether you want to use Fair Marks locally on your device without the need for a network connection. This way, no data will leave your device. For those who want to sync their data between devices, we have made it possible to use your personal iCloud to sync. We do not have access to the data you upload here.

Privacy

Keep everything local if you like
It is your choice to sync and backup your data using your private Apple iCloud. This data cannot be accessed by anyone else than you. Platform services and hosting is performed by Apple. For more information please see Apple ID & Privacy.
Crash reports
Infrastructure monitoring like crash analysis is done using iOS features without using external frameworks and helps us improving the app. If you don't want to share crash reports and app metrics, please refer to Apple instructions.

When contacting us via e-mail, your email address and name might be transmitted. You are able to see the information that are send to us.
In-App Purchase
If you decide to support us via in-app purchases the payments are processed and handled via the Apple App Store.
